Demand declined versus previous spring months, since the vacation season is approaching and the market traditionally sees a drop in buyer activity.

In May 2010, the countryside residential market of Moscow Region traditionally experienced a decline in activity due to long May holidays and vacations.
We should say that the market saw gradual recovery in spring 2010. In comparison with spring 2009, the number of transactions grew, potential buyers were more active and the number of incoming calls and countryside property visits increased.
