In this market monitoring, you can find information about the residential and commercial market development in Moscow and Moscow Region in June 2010.

The supple volume in the Moscow elite primary market amounted to 164, 8 thous. sq. m. of residential space in 30 residential complexes in June 2010. Currently the market experiences summer lull. In June 2010 the average price for new elite buildings reached $ 17,480 per sq. m. The increase in this month amounted to 0,5%.

In the countryside residential real estate market both developers and potential buyers were more active In June 2010 than in May of this year with its traditional holidays and vacations. A number of prominent developers, such as "Incom", "Countryside project», «Vesco Group», etc., have announced a start of new projects implementations. However, settlements, offering land plots without labor contracts, continue to constitute the most part of new supply.
