The office real estate market didn't see any dramatic changes in autumn 2009, the main «crisis» trends remain the same without any positive dynamics: demand is at a low level, vacancy rates are growing and prices continue to decline. Business activity in the retail market during October 2009 is characterized as high. In comparison with September, demand in the hotel market didn't change much in October. We can call the current state of the market as "price stagnation", currently we don't expect the prices to decline further.
