По последним данным, ввоз свежих овощей в Россию за первые 6 месяцев 2020 года был на уровне 1,39 млн. т. Это сопоставимо с показателем за аналогичный период 2019 года, когда объем поставок был оценен в 1,43 млн. т. (-2,5% за год): несмотря на возникшие логистические проблемы, импорт в отрасли существенно не просел.
Отечественный рынок крахмала демонстрирует стабильную тенденцию наращивания своей объемности, при этом устойчивым трендом является увеличение потребления рынком именно модифицированного крахмала.
