Статья, 24 сентября 2018 BusinesStat В 2013-2017 гг натуральный объем производства кондитерских изделий в России увеличился на 12,5% Основной вклад в обеспечение российского рынка кондитерскими изделиями вносит внутреннее производство.

По данным «Анализа рынка кондитерских изделий в России» , подготовленного BusinesStat в 2018 г, основной вклад в обеспечение этого рынка в стране вносит внутреннее производство. В 2013-2017 гг натуральный объем производства кондитерских изделий увеличился на 12,5%, несмотря на ухудшение экономической ситуации, снижение реальных располагаемых доходов населения и рост валютного курса в 2014-2015 гг. Наибольший прирост показателя за рассматриваемые годы отмечался в 2014 г – на 5,5% относительно 2013 г. Следует также отметить, что максимальное увеличение натурального объема производства за период демонстрировало производство мучных кондитерских изделий (на 19,5% к 2013 г). Рост выпуска сахаристых и шоколадных кондитерских изделий был гораздо ниже (4,2% и 6,1% соответственно к 2013 г).
